    Great service! One waitress that definitely knows her regulars and does a great job handling a busy dinner service by herself. The pizza is always delicious.

    Being short staffed on my visit is the only reason Pizza Shoppe is not getting 5 starts. Waitress worked her tail off trying to keep up but another server was needed. The food is always great and it is nice to support a local business.

    Wonderful family restaurant. We went on Valentines day, although they were extremely busy, they helped as ASAP. The pizza was amazing and came to us right out of the oven. Best pizza in Kansas City. I recommend this specific pizza shoppe to anyone! Best service!

    Great pizza, love the "pink stuff" salad dressing. Waitress was overwhelmed, waited 15 minutes for refills on drinks. Saw a couple, assuming owners or friends of management, carryout a pizza and to go cups with beer in them. Last I knew alcohol in carry out cups was illegal in Missouri! Was there at closing time (9pm, even though this app says 10pm). Waitress and manager had started closing, which at this location includes the beer in to go cups as you close it seems. Very unprofessional!!!!
